I am a school counselor and counseling intern in Kansas City. I love working with teens and students on the areas of shame, identity, and whole-hearted living. I’m also passionate about mental heath, education, and diversity. I spend most of my days confused and all of my days trying to figure life out. That’s what we’re supposed to be doing, right?
